Privacy Policy
How Ventyour Inc. collects, uses and protects information when you use Bluntly Zen.
Effective October 27, 2026
The short version: we collect what you give us (like your email when you create an account or contact us) and what we need to run the site. We don't sell your personal information, we don't run advertising trackers, and we never sell or deliver cannabis.
1. Who we are
Bluntly Zen (bluntlyzen.com) is owned and operated by Ventyour Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Ventyour," "we," "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Bluntly Zen website and related services (the "Service"). If you have questions, email hello@bluntlyzen.com.
2. Who the Service is for
The Service is intended only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information. If you create an account: your email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), display name and home city if you add them, and the places you save.
- Business account information. If you sign up as a business: business name, business type, website, phone number, the plan you're interested in and any description you provide.
- Messages. When you use our contact form: your name, email address, topic, message and the page you sent it from.
Wellness assessment
If you take our wellness assessment, we save your answers (experience level, comfort with THC, goals, preferred product types, experiences you're interested in and the state you choose) and the plan we generate, so you can return to it and track your progress. The optional care-check question about pregnancy, medications or health conditions is used only in your browser to add safety notes and is never sent to us or saved. Your assessment is visible only to you, we don't sell or share it, and you can delete it at any time with the "Delete my saved answers" link on your plan.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Like most websites, our hosting providers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the Service running, prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting the contact form) and fix problems.
- Location, only if you ask. If you tap "near me," your browser asks for permission to share your location. If you allow it, your location is used in your browser to sort nearby results. If you type a city or ZIP code instead, we send that text to a mapping service to find it on the map.
Information stored on your device
We use your browser's local storage and session storage, not advertising cookies, to remember things like your 21+ confirmation, your selected city or state and the places you've saved. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings. Our authentication provider also stores a session token in your browser so you stay logged in.
We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
4. How we use information
- To provide the Service, including your account, saved places and the members-only events calendar.
- To respond to your messages, listing requests and partnership inquiries.
- To keep the Service safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.

- To send you service messages (like account emails). We will only send marketing emails if you ask us to, and every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
- To comply with the law.
5. How we share information
