Our commitment
Ventyour Inc., which operates Bluntly Zen, is committed to making bluntlyzen.com accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review the site against those guidelines as we add new features.
What we do
- Pages use clear headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can move through them.
- Every feature works with a keyboard. A “Skip to main content” link appears when you press Tab, and focused items have a visible outline.
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and controls meet WCAG color-contrast requirements in both light and dark mode.
- Pages reflow on small screens and when zoomed to 200%, without horizontal scrolling.
- Animations are reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in text.
- Links that open in a new tab say so to screen readers.
Known limitations
- Third-party content. Some listings, bookings, maps, shop pages and event pages link to or embed websites we don’t control, such as booking providers and Google reCAPTCHA. Their accessibility may vary.
- Interactive map. The dispensary map is visual. All of the same information is available in the list next to it.
- Business-provided content. Some descriptions and photos come from listed businesses. We fix accessibility problems in them when we find them or when you tell us.

Ongoing work
